David Jackson

Heather Carter

Heather Carter was reported missing on November 24th, 2008.   She was last seen alive leaving a residence in Alma that night.  Her body was recovered on March 22nd, 2009 South of Mulberry, AR. in Crawford County.  If anyone has information regarding this case please contact Sgt.
